"I had such a delightful stay at Hotel Arts Kensington. Everything from the staff to the room to the food and wine were so nice and comforting. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The folks cleaning the room did a great job every day making the bed and tisying the space. We had dinner our first night, and drinks and dessert another night, which was excellent and sophisticated. Corey kept the restaurant open that night to make sure we were able to eat and was so incredibly kind and...

"We had a great stay, convenient location, clean rooms and pleasant staff. The only drawback we found were that the walls were quite thin so noise from other rooms was audible with our door closed."

"Check in was smooth and easy. Staff is friendly and able to address all the questions I had. Location is great with restaurants and shops within reach. Underground parking is complimentary for hotel guests. Bathroom had not been entirely cleaned unfortunately but I was too tired to report which might require wait time for housekeeping or room change. The shower temperature is quite hard to adjust Bottled water in the room isn’t free. Otherwise all good and I think it’s a decent stay. "
