Check in was quick and painless, though the complimentary waters were not mentioned upon check in (this would’ve been nice to get some in the fridge to cool). The rooms are clean and tidy, the pedway to Roger’s Place is why we book here every time we come to the city for concerts. Chop is convenient and typically great food and drinks (I wasn’t a fan of my meal this time, but will chalk that up to a bad choice on my part). Commissary is fairly priced.

Great location, convenient for Roger’s Place activities. Parking lot associated is small but worked for us. No elevator from parking lot working which is no issue if you can do stairs and haul luggage… otherwise be sure to be dropped at the main doors. Very friendly staff.

For paying for an executive suite, I was unhappy with the constant elevator noise, all night long, as well as a broken ice machine, homeless people stumbling around the hotel on several occasions, and the sofa in my room was filthy, stained and had a cigarette hole burned into it. Would not stay again. Staff was also completely unhelpful. I ordered room service, which came with no silverware, and when I called front desk to ask for some, they said they had nothing to do with it and hung up on me.
