"Had a 12 night stay in Lina's lovely villa at the beginning of August which was lovely. The location and peaceful surroundings are amazing as are the views of the mountains. The finca itself is very spacious and was very clean. It is a traditional old style of farm house so it keeps cool inside and the fablns help to keep temperatures down at night. "Bei Beanstandungen haben wir uns an die Hausverwaltung gewandt und die Probleme wurden durch den Eigentümer sehr schnell behoben. Was wir uns aber auf jeden Fall noch gewünscht hätten, wäre nach der Hälfte der Zeit (wir waren 3 Wochen dort) frische Bettwäsche gewesen. Es war sehr warm und dementsprechend haben wir auch geschwitzt. Schön wäre es auch gewesen, wenn wir Informationen über die Müllentsorgung bekommen hätten. "So fortunate to have chosen this little house, with a toddler friendly garden, so near to the beach. There is a gate to block off the stairs, which otherwise could cause problems, but the owners are very helpful and there is a high chair and a couple cots. Laundry room is a bonus."

"As the title says really. Cannot fault it. Alcudia is a thirty minute walk but there are bicycles at the property for a faster journey to get groceries. There is a swimming spot nearby, ten mins walk, but it is not a sandy beach, but it is very quiet. For a sandy beach you'd have to drive really or an hours walk."

"Lovely villa perfect for our family holiday. The gardens, outdoor seating areas and pool are all beautiful and well maintained. The location is great, just ten minute drive to Puerto Pollensa and similar time to get to the old town of Pollensa and supermarkets even closer. Our 3 year old loved the resident cats and enjoyed walking down the road to see the goats.
