Don’t get duped into their half board rate - there are local restaurants despite them saying that there aren’t (there are two in the village within a three minute walk!). I was very upset that I was convinced to pay 55 euro each for HB upon arrival (after being told there were no restaurants nearby) but when I asked to cancel the HB fee the following day I was told...

"J'ai adoré l'appartement qui est dans une petite maison aménagé avec goût. On voit que c'est un vieux bâtiment avec de la belle pierre, qui a été très bien rénové. La piscine à débordement est magnifique, c'est calme et reposant. J'ai passé un très bon séjour qui m'a ressourcer en ce début d'année. "A lovely week in November. Property was quiet and the staff we engaged with were friendly and polite. You need a car really for this one. Only disappointment was no oven in the kitchen as we do self cater but we did manage ok with the hob & microwave. "
