"Amazing staff, great location. But: Was not good value for money, compared to other Vietnam hotels. Very dated hotel, in need of update. A lot of trash around gardens. The food was very average. General style and decor of resort a bit barren and dated. Inadequate English of many staff (other than duty manager who was excellent). When I called ahead, the receptionist spoke inadequate English to guide me to how to get to the hotel. We did a cooking course that was o.k., but again minimal English...
