"We had a wonderful 1 week stay here. Cosimo our host was a wonderful person. He helped us so much to plan our time in Sardinia. It was an extremely convenient location. The room was dusty and slightly dirty and surfaces seemed to have not been wiped. The bathroom was clean but the shower was overhead and came down with too much pressure. It barely drained...

Not a word of apology from the host, again, might be language barrier, but does not show them in the best light.
