"The apartment was clean and well situated. Giorgio was attentive and helpful. The one problem was that WiFi was extremely limited and unusable. I had remote work to do and had to use my data plan from the States - very expensive! Other than the WiFi, everything was great."

"Very good apartment. Very clean with very good aircon and WiFi only negative was stairs to bedroom level rather steep. Right in the centre of Marina area and spoilt for choice with number of restaurants. Rail station a few minutes walk and short bus ride to Poetto Beach. Would highly recommend if visiting Cagliari"

"Good property, clean and well equipped, air conditioned facility. Easy contact with the host via WhatsApp. Just mind the access , two ways street a bit narrow but manageable with a normal car. Very pleasant to hear the sound of seawaves in the evening!"

Bonne communication avec le propriétaire (même si distant). - problème avec les clés pour l'ouverture de la porte du batiment, il fallait avoir le coup de main, et ca n'était pas pratique. "There was no functioning WiFi available to stay for a week. The location is great but the accommodation is run down . We went into the room and tried WiFi , no connection ! The owners spoke only Italian , he brought an old router that we used to connect 15 years ago… We could not check the speed of WiFi because no connection —>we told him we could not stay because we had zoom meetings scheduled . We could not cancel our reservation anymore from our end, the owner texted me to cancel 2 days...

"Communication with Loredana was great. We used WhatsApp and Google Translate. For us the apartment was perfect as we had hired 2 bikes and being ground floor it was easy to bring them in. 5 days cycling and each night walked 5 to 10 minutes for food. We would give 12 out of 10 if we could! Spotlessly clean. We would sit outside the door with a beer or glass of wine and watch the world go by!"
