"Outstanding stay at the Mountain Rock Lodge for 4 nights. Theresa was a wonderful host providing great communication and really making us feel welcome. The home is clean and potentially even better than the pictures. Lots of bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms and a great open main level to cook, dine, and hang out. For skiers, the proximity to Whiteface was incredible, allowing us to spend more time relaxing and less time commuting to the mountain. Highly recommend! We would book again without...

"This is a great house and great property, big and private and the view is beautiful . Everything is very clean. We all loved the big mudroom in the entryway to drop our wet stuff. The fireplace inside was very cozy. The whole house is cozy. My only recommendation is to consider a queen/king bed in the basement as right now there are two twin beds and two bunk beds, which is great for kids, but not so great for adults/ couples. We will definitely book again."

"The Ham Fam Lakehouse was lovely, well appointed, comfortable, and the lake view was fabulous! We enjoyed the gas fireplace on chill mornings, and the sunset view in the evenings. The lake was easily accessible and we enjoyed walking the driftwood strewn beach. We had a few minor concerns the first days, but they were immediately addressed and remedied by the management team. Great job! We thoroughly enjoyed our eight-day stay! We would definitely return another time. "

"Overall a nice place on the water. Beautiful view ! House is bright and open. Somewhat outdated and could use an update to furniture and appliances. Dishwasher wasn’t attached to the counter and just pulled away when I opened the door. Microwave over the range was non-functional. Needed extra blankets as the included nlankets were paper thin. "
