"This is a spacious house in a beautiful location right on the shore of Lake Champlain. There is limited access right behind the house where we were able to take pictures of the comet and gorgeous sunsets. There are many books to be read and a variety to choose from. We weren’t able to use the fireplaces for some reason. But after reading the House Instructions, we saw they weren’t available. "We stayed at this property for four days. It is nestled in a very quiet area directly on the water. The place was clean and comfortable and adequately stocked with what we needed to be able to cook a few of our own meals. The sunsets were great and we enjoyed it"

"The Ham Fam Lakehouse was lovely, well appointed, comfortable, and the lake view was fabulous! We enjoyed the gas fireplace on chill mornings, and the sunset view in the evenings. The lake was easily accessible and we enjoyed walking the driftwood strewn beach. We had a few minor concerns the first days, but they were immediately addressed and remedied by the management team. Great job! We thoroughly enjoyed our eight-day stay! We would definitely return another time. "
