"What a wonderful week in this comfortable property! The highlight was the beautiful swimming pool and spa. However, we equally loved the games, cinema room, gym, keyboard and massage chair. Everything was as described and communication with Ron, the owner was easy. He even helped us with our wildlife questions and provided helpful local recommendations. We would love to come again. "Owners use a 3rd party to manage rental versus directly w/ vrbo.  Have issues/questions?, they go to management company, not actual owners. Responses are on 2 of 5 days per week, roughly, since not in office other days. 1st problem occurred after 1st payment made.  Informed by management company that "guests" could no longer use the resort amenities like the pool & fitness room.  We were offered a full refund but no other discount or accommodation d/t change in HOA rules, despite asking for one.  Unfortunately, all other rentals in area (locale our primary need), proximity to JW Marriott, were rented by the time this new info was presented. We felt like we were stuck. Next problem at arrival.  Despite description stating there was both a drip coffee maker & a Keurig, only a Keurig on site. We went w/o coffee until they could deliver a drip coffee maker.  Slider screen missing - don't plan on getting fresh air unless you're interested in snakes & scorpions, other renters had pets & have gone crazy on screen when there is wildlife, screening material removed to "solve" problem.  If you like tv while visiting, good luck, we had problems with both tvs.  Could only get 1 channel on the bedroom unit, the main TV, unless you're a cable savant, you're gonna get nada. Finally, if you visit when you need the furnace, don't plan on sleeping much, it turns on & off every 10 min through the night.  Explore other rentals before using one associated w/ Evolve. "

"My husband and I stayed for a week in Mike’s lovely villa. It’s furnished beautifully with views of the mountains. It had a complete kitchen for cooking meals and has a lovely patio. The drawbacks we found were the front door lock was tricky to get into the villa but Mike was available to walk us through the problem. The HVAC system was also noisy when it ran. Starr Pass is a beautiful and quiet area but it’s a bit removed from restaurants and golf. There is a golf course in Starr Pass which is a good one, but the other courses are a considerable drive. There are plenty of hiking trails nearby. "

"Great location near a nice trailhead for hiking through the Saguaros. Close to downtown Tucson and great restaurants. Excellent golf course and near Saguaro National Park. We've stayed here several times. "
