"This property is beyond exceptional! The location is tucked away, and provided quiet and beautiful views from interior and exterior of the quaint Ranch. Convenient driving distance to downtown Tucson and nearby grocery stores and trails! The Property Manager was very responsive and personable from time of booking to check-out. The Ranch amenities were well done and made the experience feel like "home away from home". Morning coffee with sunrise views on front porch with side and back seating for moonlit sky and stars in the evening (binoculars provided too)! Will be returning again and again! "Wow! 6075 W Gerhart is an amazing vacation rental with breathtaking views! The owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The house was clean with all the amenities we needed, and the outdoor pool / hot tub / patio was a favorite hangout for our multi-generational family. Our grandchildren loved the daily driveway adventure, but grandma found it a bit nerve racking. Our one and only minor concern was resolved with an appropriate sense of urgency and care. Thank you for sharing your desert oasis with us! "

"Large house in a very nice area. Very few neighbors. Home is nicely furnished and had pretty much everything we needed. Great outdoor area with swimming pool. Pretty easy access to downtown area and a variety of places to eat. Very highly recommend staying there."

"We had a wonderful few days at the No Pants Ranch, staying with family and then hosting a wedding celebration! My family loved the decoration and style of the house and the owners could have been more helpful with our preparations for our event. The housekeeper even let us view the property early so we could better plan for our celebration, something a lot of places would not have done! We can't recommend this place enough!"

"The house had great views, spacious rooms, was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen.And was so quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect for us, very close to Saguaro NP.Jim was very easy to contact and very kind to leave the lights on for us since we arrived after dark. "My friends and I wanted to get a nice place to stay for our annual Arizona golf trip and this turned out to be the nicest place we have ever stayed at! There were a total of 8 guys and this place was more than big enough to have us all be comfortable. This place is split into 4 levels. Upstairs has some nice bedrooms and bathroom. The main floor has a huge patio running along the entire length of the place and has the master bedroom just off the living room. This floor also has the kitchen and the first set of washer and dryer. The lower level has a couple of bedrooms a wet bar and a cool power table and TV. The bottom level has another washer/dryer and the ping ping table pool table and foosball table, a tv, and a couch, and another patio. Basically this is the perfect place for a bunch of guys looking to crash for a golf trip, a bachelor party of a family or two looking for a nice place to stay with a lot of things to do at the house. The owners were very responsive and worked with me whenever I needed something. After i booked the stay, it turned out that I needed an additional day and they made it happen no problem. I had an incredible experience and my friends did too. So many times in the past, there was a laundry list of things that needed to be done and this was not the case here. All that needed to be done was putting the towels in the shower and dishes in the sink. This allowed us to focus on spending time together instead of doing chores. I would def recommend!"
