"To me it was a great location. Its far enough from downtown but still walkable to/from. Clean room. There may be a coffee maker in the cupboards but I didnt see it and I would have loved to have one in the room. Other than that I enjoyed this place and Id recommend it to those that dont want to be too far or too close to downtown."

"The neighborhood is pretty quiet, and the house is at the end of a dead-end street, so even better. The apartment is one of four in the house, and very well appointed for a few days or longer. It has everything you need to visit the city, included a washing machine. We had a rental car, which would normally park on the street, but the owner was generous and allowed us to park in the garage as no one else was using it at the time. "We liked the convenience of a nearby well stocked supermarket and proximity to major street with bus service. Bring your earplugs though as the sounds of the street/cars are quite loud at night. All in all we had lots of room for us and the apartments’ kitchen was better outfitted than expected. Despite a snag in our checkin we would come back and stay here"

"5 stars...the listing and photos are accurate. It provides economical lodging in a Fantastic location to explore museums and culture. Walking distance to Teminal Atlantico Norte...improtant to us as we were traveling onward to Cahuita. Several bus routes stop within a block of the apartment if you want to travel around the city. Plenty of soda's and small eateries close by. Great for a few nights to really get to know the history of Costa Rica and San Juan. The apartment meets all basic needs...

"The host was absolutely amazing 5 Star everything! The room was immaculately clean, the views especially at night are breathtaking from this suite. The building had excellent and accommodating around the clock security. I even lost the key to the host’s place and surprisingly he drove over an hour to make sure I was safe and secure and arrived CALM :)… My stay was peaceful, fun and unforgettable!
