"The condo is close to everything and we only had to use our car when driving outside downtown and surrounding areas. The unit was obviously recently updated with nice appliances, everything you need in the kitchen and was tastefully decorated. The property is very well maintained with easy parking and plenty of pool space. We had no issues with the property and highly recommend it."

"We enjoyed our stay in this condo during Modernism Week in Palm Springs. It was very clean and was centrally located which made getting to events easy. We had excellent communications with the host and checking in was very straightforward. Everything worked well and we had no problems. The only thing I would mention is it's on the 3rd floor. There's an elevator to the 2nd floor of the building. You have to walk up 10+ steps to get to the front door."

"I would definitely recommend a stay here! The location is great, tucked up against the mountains in a very quiet development with all the amenities. Grady welcomed us and showed us around. I loved how other folks left kitchen necessities for our use (salt, sugar, tea, spices, even food storage containers and ziploc bags). An added bonus is that you can walk to Koffi for a morning latte. The condo is comfortable and clean with everything you need to enjoy a getaway in the sun. We will be back!"

"We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this VRBO to others. We did have an issue with the garburator which turned out to be a pretty disgusting mess. None of us own one and thought we were doing the right thing putting potatoe peelings down it. As it turned out, it totally plugged it and brown disgusting water drained all over the floor. The property mgr was contacted and sent a plumber over right away which resolved the issue. I would highly recommend posting a sign...

"The condo was very clean and well decorated. Kitchen is well supplied with dishes and untensils. There were plenty of towels and sheets. The location is excellent within 5 to 10 minutes to shopping downtown and many restaurants. The development is gated and very well manicured. Property manager was excellent. Respinded to questions and needs very quickly. This would be an execellent choice for a Palm Springs stay."

"We loved it! The mid-century decor, the private patio, the beautiful pool and hot tubs, and the location south of the downtown area, which can be noisy. The other guests we met at the pool were interesting, kind and friendly."
