"The Getaway in DHS is a real gem. It’s four apartments constructed around a lovely walled courtyard. The location is in the foothills out of the way but really close to everything. "The highlights we experienced tell it all. The apartment is in the middle of a lovely area -the historic tennis district of Palm Springs. the bedroom is spacious, and you are within easy walking distance to excellent stores and restaurants. The bathroom is a bit small but with plenty of drawer space. It is clean with an ample supply of nice bath and hand towels plus wash cloths. The bed is comfortable with good quality linen and blankets. We greatly enjoyed having lunch wine/coffee by the pool...
