Luckily the front desk was very nice and helpful, they called Expedia on our behalf with the confirmation number to ensure my booking and requested them to send it over to them. Rooms were clean and nice, overall they were so helpful during this time. Now I have to make sure our bookings are confirmed each time I book through Expedia. "
