"The staff are wonderful, the continental breakfast is amazing and far, far better than anything we deem “continental breakfast” in the United States. The staff let us borrow beach towels to take to the beach, and when we told them we had to leave at 5am for the airport, they packed us a lunch to take on the road with us with sandwiches, fresh fruit, homemade granola bars, and drinks. This hotel far exceeded our expectations and would love to return someday. They truly know what “hospitality” is....

"Excelente, vamos voltar sim! Gerente Lorran e funcionários nota 1000! Pousada lindíssima, perto da praia da Ferradura, apartamento todo novo, Wi-Fi, chuveiro, camas, varanda com rede, roupa de cama e toalhas em bom estado. Vista do lago é linda! "The property is beautiful, and overlooks Ferradura beach. It is on top of one of the larger hills in Buzios so if you're looking for something convenient I would recommend something in Centro. The view and property are luxury, but the room is not. The furniture is dated, and the linens/towels are uncomfortable. The main light switch in the room was broken and the owners did not fix it. When we asked about it they blamed it on us for leaving the lights on!! This was not the case; the switch was...
