"I booked one room for one night at Zirkon Suit Otel in Istanbul. I booked and paid in advance one room for two people throught Hotels.com. I arrived to Zirkon Suit Otel on 24th of December at around 10 pm. When I showed my booking number and the confirmation of the booking to the man at the desk he asked me to speak with the owner of the hotel. The owner was very unpolite and bad more over he asked me to pay addictional 1600 turkish lira because he said that I booked for a room with a single...

"In the heart of taksim. Room needs lots of reno . However if you plan to spend your day outside, it s a good stay ."

"Very good position. Near transport,shops and restaurants. Boys at the desk were very helpful. There is actually a lift in these appartments . Around the corner is Galata Tower. Overall good stay with parents "

"I booked two nights in this hotel. Rooms look ok but smoking is aloud in the rooms. Heavy smell of smoke sinked on curtains,bed fabric etc, which is a torcher for a non smoker..  I couldn't stay or sleep in the room, they offered to clean the room next morning but room needs more than cleaning for smell to go away.. It is not aloud to smoke indoors in Turkey  which is ironic. I left following morning and didn't get a refund for the second day to a non smoking hotel. "

"Someone came into our room and installed a lamp shade when we were not there 💀 who knows what else... We had the do not disturb hanging when we went out. And dont appreciate someone coming in, especially when we are not there and all our stuff is in the room. No elevator in the property, but thats expected in these buildings. Everything else was fine."
