"Staff are very helpful. Studio was clean and had all amenities. Very tasty and generous breakfast included. If you had a late breakfast, you can skip lunch and spend more time to visit. "The bed was not clean, with dirty sheets and a blanket that had a coffee spill. I asked the receptionist twice to change the sheets and blanket, but they still didn't provide new ones. This was my third time using this hotel; previous experiences were good with no issues. However, for this third visit, I booked through a different agent, which might explain the problems I encountered. Despite this, the location is great."

"I booked one room for one night at Zirkon Suit Otel in Istanbul. I booked and paid in advance one room for two people throught Hotels.com. I arrived to Zirkon Suit Otel on 24th of December at around 10 pm.
