"When we checked in we were greeted by Benjamin and Catherine, they both were so friendly and extremely helpful!! They were explaining why everything was closed so early (because it was Sunday) but they recommended the Pub at the hotel and we were able to have a few drinks!! Excellent customer service!!! Loved our room and the special lounge we had access to!"
