"Cozy, warm and inviting. Comfortable beds. Slept great. It was a little too chilly to swim but we had a great campfire and roasted marshmallows."

"We were very pleased with this vacation rental, overall- six very well appointed bedrooms, bathrooms for each bedroom which made it more private for everyone, beautiful pool and hot tub, large kitchen/dinning area, quiet community with very nice common facilities, walking distance to community pool and the beach, and especially the welcoming hosts who promptly responded to all of our questions. The communication process was a bit wonky through Expedia and VRBO which caused a bit of anxiety and required me to reach out more than once for reassurance and check in instructions. The property was clean and quiet and met our needs for an overnight stop."

"We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent...

"This was a great place that worked well for our group of family and friends! Close to the beach and quiet neighborhood made for a relaxing stay. Very impressed with the great communication from the hosts - they were so quick to respond, so polite and friendly - made the whole check in/out process and operating hot tub/pool very easy! I've never had this great of communication from hosts! Will definitely return if available!"
