"Lovely, quiet location, close to restaurants, shopping and not far from the casinos. The house was cute, had plenty of kitchen prep space and a nice layout for the four of us. The backyard had a pergola and dining table near the grilling island, for outdoor meals, which we used much of the time. Nice garage parking-ideal to protect our vehicle from the Arizona heat. "The location was great, you can access a small beach area that is perfect for sitting and putting your feet in. The teens enjoyed jumping off the dock. "The property fulfilled all of our expectations. Our Thanksgiving holiday went off without a hitch and we felt fully accommodated. The only disappointment was the high winds preventing us from spending more time utilizing the outdoor space. Our family would absolutely consider staying here in the future."

"We had several issues which were addressed promptly by Tracy. The outside of the property is not very appealing. Weeds overgrown, cats were living under the trailer (they were removed and trailer was sealed up). There were dirty dishes in the cupboard, coffee pot had mold in it (a new pot and coffee were sent to us immediately)."
