"the picture on the travel site didn't match the room or on the actual hotels web site -we had to get the manager to come and get the fridge to work when we got there (which he did )we had to walk down to lobby cause the phone didn't work only to find out there was a different phone in the room on the other side of the room when the manager came up to fix the fridge once we got the small stuff figured out it was good"

"I booked this hotel after staying the previous night at a different hotel that was extremely dirty , ohh what a relief when i walked to my room and opened the door to a clean fresh smell scent , this hotel is everything you need to have a peaceful and restful night , the rooms have a nice lay out , great bed and pillows, everything was super clean and very quiet, the pool water was crystal clear , the breakfast taste amazing and had multiple options. I would stay here every time i visit lake...
