"We had a very enjoyable stay. Brought elderly mum for a staycation and the service was commendable. I would like to extend my thanks to a young lady handling our check-in (sorry didn't catch her name). She was very helpful, obliging, kind and caring. She gave us a nice room with a great view, and offered assistance for my mum. Room's decor was abit dated but it was clean and comfortable. Food at the hotel was also great. Mum had an enjoyable stay thanks to the warmth of the staff. Lastly, great location too as it is near public transportation and plenty of eateries and the mall is just 5 mins away. "

"We loved our stay in Singapore and the Furama suited our needs. We appreciated the breakfast buffet and the kids playground on the main floor. We also enjoyed the pool facilities and made use of the laundry room too. We knew upon check in that the room Would only be serviced after the third night of stay, but at a minimum I requested that the bins were emptied daily due to one of my children still needing nappies (and who wants the smells for all that time?) This wasn’t done however, and we had to ring to get the bins emptied on the 4th day. I think 3 days between room servicing for a ‘hotel’ is probably too long. "

"Everything was excellent from start to finish. If you’re coming to Singapore this is the place to stay. Highly recommend booking high floor room with lounge 65 access. Free drinks including alcoholic and spirits, plenty of food choice in an evening and great breakfasts. Service is excellent too. Views are amazing. Book the Skair restaurant for 70th floor views!"

"This is the second time at this hotel. It is centrally located and very close to the MTR. The staff were able to accommodate my request to have a room with the same outook as last year. It is very much a self service hotel with some staff to help. My room was good with a nice view. The bed was comfy. One negative was that the hot water wasn't that hot in my room on 14th floor and the shower head couldn't be adjusted for height so I had to hand hold the shower head. There were only basic amenities, no conditioner or body lotion but that was a minor drawback. Overall the stay was great, with excellent value for money, and I will return next year."

"I like the fact that it was quite convenient in terms of train and bus accessibility, a convenience store and money changer, restaurants a few steps away from Lobby. The concierge/ Lions Tour desk was within the hotel and as in my past experience, was very helpful. Special mention to Danny Soh and associate Jasmin. The only drawback for me was that no complimentary drinks in room and water dispenser for refill Is only downstairs outside of the lobby by the driveway. "
