But it doesn’t bother me—I’m simply asking for what our reservation states we’re entitled to. There’s no reason for them to get upset about something that doesn’t affect them"

"The location is excellent - brightness to airport and shopping, Also just outside Chicago. The property is well maintained I love the variety in the type notes of a rooms. The Sonests stagf were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and well maintained. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to the Chicago area."
