Pague reserva en este sitio al llegar mostré todo mi itinerario el manager o una que estaba atendiendo no dejo entrar porque ya no eran las 3 de las tarde que solo se podía hacer el registro a esa hora si no se hacía a esa hora no podría entrar así aya pagado veo esto injusto por qué quien me responde por mi dinero el peor de los sitios es este espero la gente no vaya nunca ya que es un súper pésimo servicio

The front desk night staff had mistakenly put on my account saying I had checked in and charged me, when that did not happen. For days I’ve been trying as well as Expedia to contact over this. Finally 6 days later, I was able to contact, and they rudely kept interrupting and shouting on the phone, telling me to contact Expedia…which we had been. Worse, when telling them we didn’t even enter the room, they stated it was recorded we had and they weren’t going to change it…so going out of their way to lie over less than $200. Rude staff. Couldn’t imagine their quality of rooms.
