"Immediately felt at home in this property! All the rooms were well appointed, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. This home is very spacious and heaters and fireplace made it cozy on cool March evenings. The area is beautiful and quiet in spite of the construction nearby. "We had a lovely two weeks in this property. The view was spectacular, the outside areas and pool were great with the balcony comfortable and shady. Inside the house felt spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Lots to do within an easy drive. We found Portugal good value for money with great food and friendly people, we will return."

"We enjoyed our stay. It was easy to walk to the beach and a short drive into town. Very quiet. Bathrooms and kitchen are updated and the kitchen has the tools you need for cooking. We called the decor "grandma's" house. It worked well just a little worn and outdated."

"Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment, the perfect size for 2-4 people. Beach was a few steps away and lots of restaurants and small supermarket were within easy walking distance. We had a car to visit nearby towns, but free parking was readily available in the middle of Salema. My only recommendation would be for a table fan in the bedroom to keep the room cooler at night. "

"This is a large, well equipped house in a small resort development. The house is lovely with everything you need and more than big enough for our 5 adult family. The village is quieter and less touristy than some in the Algarve but with that came more of a Portuguese feel. The nearby villages of Salema and Burgau were well worth a visit. "While this is a good location, the property and manager were incredibly disappointing. When we arrived, the lockbox was not labeled with the code given by the manager. Eventually, we found it, but the key was NOT in the lockbox. The manager did not answer his phone. Someone else who had a property found the key for us. There was NO wifi. We tried several times to contact the manager, but he never fixed this. The water went out the first day, so we could not take a shower. The property said it...

"I left right away, stayed in hotel. House was misrepresented. Not large house, but apt, no ocean view, no TV, no 2nd bathroom, not beach front... 20 min away. Heavy musty smell which was unbearable, he said "I have no mold" his word, not mine. Entrance to place was not the front door, but through like a garage which was filled with junk,hoses,stuff. Door to apt was covered in turf, did not lock properly, did not open all the way, he told me don't worry, it's safe here. There's a 2nd apt. in this...
