We are in love with Budapest and we want to share with you all our love of the city and have the exceptional opportunity
to come to Budapest !!!!

Very quiet despite being in the center of the capital. Enjoy this accommodation for its location in a building with beautiful Atlantis.
And the refinement of its furnishings.
Its high ceilings in the living room and bedroom "suite", large windows, electric shutters, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen ....

All our tourist activity is based on human contact, which causes a small additional cost for very late arrivals, since we do everything to welcome 24/24

This accommodation is our "BLUE APARTMENT" in the center of Budapest. It will delight all kinds of travelers, both because of its location in the center, close to Oktogon, the Opera, Andrassy, ​​baths, Kiraly utca and the famous pubs and restaurants, and all other vestiges of Budapest.

You will appreciate its beautiful rooms, its parquet flooring, a nice room in mezzanine (1.60m high) etc .... Everything will be perfect.
We will certainly help you prepare your stay and give you all tips to make the most of Budapest.

We offer transfer service, with the arrival a first tour of the city.

Great stay!
Apartment is just as listed. Great location! Close to everything but in a very quiet area. Very easy walk to restaurants, shops & transit. Very comfortable apartment. It was just 2 of us and we had plenty of space. Well appointed furnishings and appliances. We particularly liked that the WC was separate from the tub/shower!

This apartment is a gem! it’s in a historic building just a block away from the Oktagon, but very quiet. Owners are super communicators and leave great instructions for check in, operating appliances, etc. Apartment was spotless and sparkling. We didn’t use the loft but it would be great for teens and adults as well if they are ok with the low ceiling. don’t look any further… go on and book!

Wonderful!
This tidy and conveniently located apartment was just right for us! Plenty of space and the kitchen has plenty of utensils, plates, appliances. A bonus is there is even a washer and dryer. Grocery store and other restaurants within walking distance. Dominique is easy to contact through texting and he is flexible. Very pleased with our time here.

Spacious and very comfortable, convenient apartment.
The apartment was extremely clean, with a pleasant color scheme and very spacious rooms. The kitchen was well supplied and had a large table and 6 chairs. The king size bed was extremely comfortable! There is a very nice-sized couch and a lovely large armchair. We did not use the loft sleeping space; it would be great for kids, but has a low ceiling for adults. Weather was in the high 80s but the apartment stayed very cool. There are large windows but the apartment doesn’t get any direct sunlight. It is exceptionally quiet and very, very convenient. One note for older travelers- the bathtub is a large spa-style tub, but there are no bars, nothing to hold onto and it’s hard to get in and out of. No issue at all for younger folk, however and a lovely deep bath if you like to soak! Hot water excellent! Alix and Dominique are the most responsive hosts we have ever encountered!! We had a little trouble figuring out how to lock and unlock the door, and a few other small questions. Dominique answered me immediately and we agreed to meet Alix at the apartment a couple of hours later. She was lovely, helpful and kind.

Family trip to Budapest
Loved our stay at Dominique’s Oktogon apartment. Beautiful courtyard which was very quiet. Apartment is exactly as described. Very nicely decorated. Great location which is close to everything. Stayed with our twins age 7 and eldest who is 10. They loved sleeping in the upstairs loft room together. Really loved all the storage space and the full kitchen. We stayed for 11 nights so this was very appreciated. Will definitely like to stay there again on our next trip back to Budapest.

Perfect Budapest Apartment
Our stay in Budapest was amazing. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. Check-in was easy. The apartment was clean and in a great location. Just a short walk away was a lovely coffee shop (next to the Starbucks but less expensive and delicious), a quick service gyro restaurant, a local bar called The Rabbit Hole and many Hungarian options too. Walking to the city center and the Szechenyi baths was also not too far. Wish we could have stayed much longer!

Loved this apartment!
While staying at this apartment with my family, I was fantasizing that my work would give me an assignment in Budapest and this would be my apartment! It was truly lovely, with super high ceilings and a beautiful, sparkling clean interior. Very quiet in the evenings and a great location near the Oktogon which made it easy to get to anywhere in Budapest. Dominique was very responsive and gave exceptionally clear directions on all aspects of our stay. Overall, it was the perfect place to stay in Budapest!

Such a well placed apartment for exploring Budapest! Our family of 6 had ample room and enjoyed this lovely apartment. We started each day with a shortl stroll for a morning coffee before heading off to the wider city on foot. The well equipped kitchen was put to good use for a hot breakfast each day. There are a number of local SPARs for all our supplies and a range of restaurants. Dominic is an outstanding host - incredibly helpful, with fast responses and clear communication. Incredibly quiet despite 5 mins walk from Oktagon... located at back of peaceful courtyard; friendly neighbours. Well equipped for catering and comfortable beds. Mezzanine level ideal for older children/teens, or anyone under 5ft! Very clean. Biggish Spar 5 mins walk away, and all the sights easily accessed by meteo and tram, or even bus. We had a relaxing time here, and would love to come back again for longer. Radiators kept us cosy in the evenings. Our days were warm and sunny, so I imagine this is a blissfully cool retreat in the height of summer.

Amazing location
W e had stayed there for a week. This is a grate location to visit Budapest. We have walked all week to visit Budapest we did not took bus up and off and so on. Take note that we are used to walk 5 to 8 km per day. The appartment was great and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equiped . Since the room is facing a courtyard it was very calm and the climatisation was working perfectly. The owner is very reliable and the service perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend this appartment to my friend and if I had to give a grade i would give an A+ Suzanne and Michel

Pros: _ Great location away from the noise of busy streets, yet a quick 2 block walk to the Metro/tram/buses. Close to several groceries stores, wonderful market (toned down version of Central Market), banks, restaurants, museums (closest is less than 2 blocks away!) and gyms (yoga studio 4 doors down the street). _ The hosts were immensely helpful and responsive, definitely going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and recommending highlights to visit in the immediate neighborhood. _ The flat was nicely furnished, kitchen very well appointed and once we figured out how to operate the laundry, super nice as well! _ Appreciated that the toilet and bathroom were separate rooms to allow for privacy and ease of getting ready in the mornings. Lovely soaking tub that was a blessing after a long day on our feet. Nice To Knows: _ The loft area is NOT full ceiling height (approx. 5 1/2 ft). This was a surprise, yet only spent time in the loft sleeping so did not impact our stay. Definitely a great space if traveling with children, just a smidge challenging for adults. _ Flat was tidy, but hadn't had a thorough cleaning before our arrival. We found numerous legos in the carpet which could have been easily extracted with a quick vacuum or rug shake. And found a good amount of detritus under the couch after loosing an earring and looking under the couch for it. Please note that on a whole this was a tidy apartment, we just felt that it could use a bit more effort in ensuring a deep clean.
