Reception informed us that our room was ready and allowed us to check in early. The room itself was immaculate, stylish with everything we needed. "I would recommend not choosing the single rooms with balcony. The room is a bit claustrophobic and the a/c wasn’t working in the winter. They did offer me to change room and removed a room service charge for breakfast as a gesture of good will."
