"First of all the building is beautiful. Very clean and appealing. We enjoy bourbon, so of course, we choose this hotel every time we are in London. It's a short walk from Hammersmith station, so convenient for everything on the Piccadilly line, including the airport. Bar staff super knowledgeable and friendly. I came home and tried to make the Queen Bee cocktail. It tasted nothing like they made it. Great experience and highly recommend. "

The room was perfect for what we needed and was very clean and well looked after….. after a lovely nights sleep…. "The hotel is in a fantastic location: close to Paddington station, lots of bars and restaurants around the area. But, they need to update this hotel desperately. It’s outdated, filthy, wallpaper peeling off, TVs don’t work, just incredibly grubby. You’re paying for the location and not a nice nights sleep."

"Wonderful people and so friendly and helpful. Very small accommodation and bathroom was almost alarmingly tiny. Could use more space for things, limited shelving or surfaces to use for our belongings. Mini fridge was a huge plus, and the mattresses were new I believe, as they were amazingly comfortable. Slept really well there, and it was very quiet. Nice stay, but probably not for people who need a bit more space, have a lot of luggage, or are used to American chain hotels. Would definitely...

"The hotel is completely renovated and only 5 minutes walk from Earl's court metro and bus station. There are a lot of dining options around it. Ibram at reception was very kind and helpful. Downside: Rooms are on the smaller side."
