"The hotel was a joy to stay at. The staff are fabulous and Nicole at breakfast was so lovely. The food was really good and would recommend the Argento rose as a perfect end to the day. The bar staff would look after an open bottle for us in the fridge. The rooms were so comfortable and the bathroom was perfect and clean. I am definitely coming back on my next visit to Dartmoor. Thank you to all the staff for creating a welcoming hotel."

"We flew from Texas to Buckfastleigh for a vacation with family. We loved the house and the host, Shelley and Pete, made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. We stayed 3 nights and loved it. Each morning she provided a huge variety of delicious breakfast items. The beds were comfortable and all the rooms were clean. "Lovely place, perfect for us. Clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay again. Was worried about parking but no need as about 5-6 big parking places round the back. 2 mins to shops in Mutley and about 10-15 min walk in to Plymouth. "

"We had the best time onboard, we are a family of 5 staying 4 nights, there was plenty of room and the cleanliness and facilities were outstanding, glen and Emma are so lovely and brought fresh bottles of water, milk, bread. The kids loved the cereal selection and I adored the nespresso every morning on the quiet deck. Exceptional stay..

"Hotels was in a great location and suited my needs. The room although only a single was spacious and comfortable and equipped with everythihg you needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The fitness suite was great and had the use to it during my stay. The joined restaurant was spot on with a good selection of meals. Even a complimentry drink. Restaurant was busy with large parties but it didnt slow down the service times. Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone, with families or solo travellers."
