"Our stay at Rosemary Cottage Annex was very comfortable. The bed was so nice, and the cottage was spotless. Beware the cottage is down a steep lane, but once there the view is well worth it. It would have been nice to have salt and pepper and coffee and tea available, amenities we have had at every other accommodation we stayed at during our tour of the U.K. "

Watching the river wake up each morning and the twinkling of Dartmouth at night with a sound track of tawny owls and the toot of a steam train, this is a holiday for the senses. The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the location is well serviced. "Totnes is a beautiful historic town, with a wealth of unique shops on the high street. The home is in easy level access reach to the town centre and river. Our host for the accommodation was wonderful and accommodating to our needs. Happily use this home again."

"The house really is as lovely as it looks in photos. It is small but perfectly sufficient for two people. The property is situated on a quiet street with many lovely independent shops, cafés and pubs nearby. Our host was also very friendly and helpful through the booking and check in process. "The property was just beautiful with everything you needed. The pool table allowed for some competitive family evenings and the hot tub meant we could relax and take in the breathtaking views! The beach was right on the doorstep with some wonderful coastal walks to keep the dogs entertained. The surrounding villages had some incredible restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plus with the area being so dog friendly they could enjoy the holiday as much as we did. Would definitely love to go...
