"Good location light very well stocked but for us a bit small bathroom and bedroom and maintenance of unit not good ie. kitchen sink door and blind jn bedroom and key was not where it said it was going to be. overall ok"

"Our stay at Rosemary Cottage Annex was very comfortable. The bed was so nice, and the cottage was spotless. Beware the cottage is down a steep lane, but once there the view is well worth it. It would have been nice to have salt and pepper and coffee and tea available, amenities we have had at every other accommodation we stayed at during our tour of the U.K. "

"This is a perfect little place to spend some time with what can only be described as one of the best views in the country. Watching the river wake up each morning and the twinkling of Dartmouth at night with a sound track of tawny owls and the toot of a steam train, this is a holiday for the senses. "The house really is as lovely as it looks in photos. It is small but perfectly sufficient for two people. The property is situated on a quiet street with many lovely independent shops, cafés and pubs nearby. Our host was also very friendly and helpful through the booking and check in process. We would happily stay again! "

"Great hosts, great location and beautiful cottage"

"I made the booking via Hotel.com and 5 hours after I paid I had an email that I had to pay a £50 mandatory fee for facilities passes at the park. I questioned this as nothing was stated via booking and the price stated was the final price I paid. I had emails from a 3rd party called travelnest and also getting emails from someone asking for £50. The whole booking was a mess. Eventually I spoke to the host and he kept saying its written in the description of this extra charge when I never saw it,...

"The new kitchen is such an amazing addition to the cottage. The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable holiday and is perfectly situated right on the moor , with a lovely easy walk into Widecombe. Highly recommend this cottage. Will definitely be back soon ."
