"Nice, clean hotel with great staff. Excellent location with everything in walking distance. Only complaint-with most hotels- is the Low-Flo shower heads. This hotel has soft water. Between that and the lack of pressure it was impossible to feel like I got all rinsed off. No more regulation on the shower head’s so get rid of them."

"We had a mixup in the beginning, but Martha was amazing and fixed it for me. I don’t know the manager’s name, but he is also another amazing person made me feel like I was one of the family. I would definitely stay here again the next time I come to Arizona."

"I did book here because it had a pool and a hot tub. I was very disappointed when we got here and the hot tub is not working. I had knee surgery awhile ago and the hot tub is excellent therapy. Should not have it listed on your sites!"
