"From the moment we arrived, the staff at The Grand ensured we had a marvelous experience in EVERY way! The room was adequate, although it would have been nice to have a few more functions in the kitchenette, but we made sufficient due. Particularly, at the front desk, Cameron greeted us as we arrived hours before check-in. She sprung into action and offered us to take our bags, gave us a key card to use the bathrooms and enter the Club so we could get coffee and something to eat and was there...

Lovely Stay and Great Location

"Our stay was amazing! Stayed 6 nights and the room was clean, spacious enough, and comfortable. The location is great! Right by a beautiful park, minutes from the British Museum, and just about a 20-30 minute walk into Covent Garden, Soho, and Piccadilly. It is also a couple of minutes walk to the Piccadilly tube, a 15-minute walk to Kings Cross station, and you can get to any bus stop and other tube lines in less than 20 minutes. There are pubs nearby, coffee shops, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay easy. My one complaint is that the Wi-Fi service is not the best, so if you have out-of-country service, getting a connection might be rough. But overall, a great place to stay, and I will definitely be staying here the next time I'm in London!"
