The doors, halls and general communal areas were a bit tired and worn - which detracted from what could easily be a very good hotel. Completed online check out, only to have to go to reception anyway to check out... This process is pointless. Overall - good, would stay again. "

"Lovely hotel with a beautiful par 3 golf course, which was even more stunning in the spring sunshine. Food was very good and service was excellent. A few areas of the hotel and room were a bit tired, but easily resolved, such as loose toilet seat, jammed bathroom lock and loose toilet roll holder. On the whole, a wonderful stay."
