"I have stayed here with my husband a few times and it has always been convenient, clean and offering everything needed at a budget price. However this time I was on my own and got a single room. The room was very small, not a problem as I was just sleeping there and it was clean, but the mattress was hard and lumpy and i didnt sleep well. There was no hairdryer in the room and there was no way of accessing one early in the morning so overall I was disappointed especially as I have used here...

"Made to feel very welcome straight away- almost a home from home - beautiful house with loads of character and some very interesting history- absolutely beautiful grounds -our apartment was perfect-extremely comfortable bed- very spacious but also cosy- the owner went above and beyond to make us comfortable and warm - the only downside was we only stayed 1 night ! "The hotel was in the perfect location for the rail station, which was the reason for booking. The hotel was adequate in regards to their facilities, and the owner was very friendly, which is always a plus. The room was small, but fine for an overnight stay. It was a little bit musty in smell, though probably just needed airing a little bit more. Breakfast was reasonable and I was accommodated for allergies and preference. "

"Very well hosted, was lovely to see the horses in the stables, it is very close to the airport runway but it was actually enjoyable seeing the planes land and take off. Wasnt disterbing in the slightest. Rooms were clean and well stocked with tea coffee etc. Breckfast was amazing. And heating worked very well. We visited the local pub for a meal and had a wonderful meal, lovely ambiance and lovely staff. A well stocked newsagents opposite to get any extras needed. 15 mins from the nec...

"Communication was bad as we had to chase 3 times for a reply to our messages and didnt receive info on how to enter bldg. I was told we would receive in 10 mins when I rang but didnt receive so had to call again. All floors were stained and grubby so had to wear shoes at all times. Sofa was delaminating and old, cups were not all clean. Bed sheets were clean though but rest of apartment was tired and needs a deep clean. No parking a available as advertised, there is a NCP a couple of doors away...
