"The apartment is in an excellent location right by the river, two minutes walk from several restaurants and five minutes walk to York centre. It was lovely and warm and the garage a huge bonus. The kitchen was well equipped. We were surprised that there was no welcome pack as is standard in self catering accommodation and the kettle was heavily lime scaled. We bought some descaler but it needs several attempts so we had to use a pan to heat water for drinks. The person in the accommodation...

"Very few properties are perfect and this property had a few issues, but these pale in comparison to the convenience, location, professionalism, and cleanliness. The staff more were truly amazing and they themselves deserve five stars. They were accommodating, considerate, professional, efficient, kind, and truly represented the very best of York. I would be inclined to make these apartments my go to place for any future visits to York."

"Conway Cottage at Fishergate In York is highly recommended! The cottage is very well kept with everything you need for a comfortable, homey stay in York. Great kitchen that is well appointed and comfortable bed. The cottage is in a super location and an easily walk to city center/old town in York and also York University. "Weekend in york Apartment was about a 5 minute walk from York minster so ideal location. Car parking space ( quite tight but ok) provided in the pub at the rear of the flat. Flat was modern and very well equipped. Quiet despite there being a pub and car park nearby. Shower was a little mouldy but other than that the flat was perfect "

"We completely enjoyed our stay in this apartment! It had plenty of room, was clean and very comfortable. The only complaint was traffic noise. With no air conditioning, we had windows open and the constant traffic was very noisy. We arrived on a Friday so I think the busy Friday night traffic was the worst. The other days, not as bad but still louder than I would have liked."
