"Une odeur prégnante de moisi et de renfermé (surtout dans le meuble contenant la vaisselle qui oblige à systématiquement la laver avant utilisation), le canapé type BZ est inconfortable, s'asseoir dessus est une épreuve ! Et les tapis au sol sont usagés et ne renvoient pas un ressenti de propreté. Dommage !! La petite cour est sympa mais un mini parasol ne suffit pas pour pouvoir y déjeuner. Dommage car ce logement est vraiment bien situé."

"An absolutely wonderful vacation spot, and an amazing rental. The apartment was extremely well located, walking distance from everything, equipped with everything one could need, and a view you will never get tired of! A couple of issues during our stay to deal with cleanliness (did not hear back from Cocoonr until after stay, it would have been easier to hear back from them sooner.) They refunded our cleaning fee though. Parking is an issue particularly if you are staying during the summer...

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très cosy ! Le propriétaire a été dès le départ à l’écoute et prévenant, son accueil était très chaleureux. Un immense Merci à lui ! L’appartement est décoré avec goût, tout propre, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Il est parfaitement bien situé, proche de la plage et de toutes commodités. Deux vélos sont mis à disposition si besoin. Je recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! 😊 "

"Lovely 2 bedroom property with a rustic feel in an urban location. Although on the outskirts of St Malo the old town is only a 25 minute walk away. There is a patisserie and a Carrefour City at the top of the road along with plenty of other interesting shops. The only down side is that car parking is a bit hit and miss. There is free street parking outside the property but you need to be on your toes to get a spot. There is also a large free car park 5 minutes walk away but during peak times...

"Perfect location for visiting Saint Mont Michel. Very friendly host. The outdoor space was beautiful. The 3 bedroom home accommodated is well but scheduling the one shower was very important. No internet…but cell service was good and we were on vacation so didn’t mind. Closest market and restaurants were 15 minutes. We would recommend."
