Et les tapis au sol sont usagés et ne renvoient pas un ressenti de propreté. Dommage !! La petite cour est sympa mais un mini parasol ne suffit pas pour pouvoir y déjeuner. "Marie-Thérèse and her husband Réne treated us like royalty. She met us at the train station, gave us a ride to Carrefour and then shopped with us to help us get set up for our week in Saint-Malo. "A welcome bonus when we arrived at the station was the host picked us up and drove to the accommodation. Very clean & private in a good location. Close to shops and not far from old town. Host was very helpful providing local guidance. On booking, host sends direct email (which we missed) outlining special conditions including required deposit on arrival. It was very clean, had a large kitchen and would be a great spot for families or friends to stay. The hosts met us when we arrived and left. They were so lovely. "

"What a lovely little property - it had all we needed for our stay in St Malo. Ideally situated for 20 minute walk to the old town, the kitchen was very well equipped, the sofa bed was comfortable to sit on downstairs. The bedroom and bathroom upstairs were perfectly adequate and the bed was comfortable. It was a nice surprise to be provided with bedding, towels and soap. The only downside for us - as we are both over 60 was the steep staircase (which was clearly pictured) - but we did get used...

The room was finished to a high standard and was magnificently equipped. It’s right on the beach and the pool facilities looked great although we did not have time to use.
