"We thoroughly our stay. The living accommodation is comfortable. Dinan is a place to be discovered on foot, so the fact that parking is not immediately outside the property was not a problem. This minor inconvenience is balanced by the reasonable rental cost and the pleasant garden space that comes with the house. We walked into the historic centre of Dinan most days, and this only took 5-10 minutes."

"Logement propre et fonctionnel. Inconvénient : chambre à l'étage, mais WC et douche au rdc. Emplacement isolé, très calme, loin des commerces, mais proche de sites intéressants à visiter. Propriétaire charmante et disponible. Bon séjour dans l'ensemble."

"Lovely 2 bedroom property with a rustic feel in an urban location. Although on the outskirts of St Malo the old town is only a 25 minute walk away. There is a patisserie and a Carrefour City at the top of the road along with plenty of other interesting shops. The only down side is that car parking is a bit hit and miss. There is free street parking outside the property but you need to be on your toes to get a spot. There is also a large free car park 5 minutes walk away but during peak times...

"We enjoyed our stay La Vicomte-sur-Rance. The location was plesantly rural while being close to many wonderful sights. The house was roomy and well equipped. The host was very gracious when I had misunderstood something about the stay. She promptly rectified my oversight. The backyard has chairs, loungers, and umbrellas which were wonderful to use to enjoy the peace and quiet, watch the birds at the bird feeder, and just enjoy the sun."

"Terrific cottage located an oyster shells throw from the coast! Clean, smart and tidy with comfortable beds and all the facilities needed for a short stay. Add this to the proximity to the seafood stall opposite make this the dream location for a seafood lover!"

"... the pictures are deceiving as the photographer was very clever, while the reality is that everything is rather dowdy. Furthermore, access to the house is challenging and could pose a risk for senior individuals. Additionally, the downstairs bathroom is the coldest room in the house, among other issues. Not recommended."
