"Friendly staff"

"Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Gave us a place to store frozen breast milk for my little one. Gave us extra pillows as needed and extra towels, and reassured us that the desk is manned 24/7 if we needed anything else. The blonde lady we saw originally made sure that she handed over all the info regarding the milk storage to the next staff member so we didn't have to keep reiterating it, would definitely recommend!"

"The hotel is situated slap bang in the city centre directly across the road from the station. The staff are always awesome, friendly, polite and generally engaging and efficient. I have to say the breakfast is top class, love breakfast in this place. Another pleasant stay."

"Feiendly staff especially at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Room had been refurbished since our last visit but rest of hotel is showing it's age. Focus needed on tidiness of outside areas. There was an empty beer can on the grass that remained there for the 4 days (3 nights) of our stay."
