"Unit is as shown. Fully stocked kitchen. Everything you need during beach season in the garage. Quiet neighborhood. Clean unit but could use a deep clean to get splatters of the walls in spots. Only con was listening to every word the people in the other unit were saying while on the balcony and the music from inside when their slider was left open. But expected when renting a duplex."

"The place was clean and neat and very close to the beach. It is also a short walk for Ice cream for the kids at night. Tony and Lynne were readily available and responsive. We hope to come back again!"
