"Perfect for a double or a single like me. The place appears freshly refurbished with new flooring and shelving. Pool was closed for the season but the surf at 44th Street was refreshing and not to cold for October. Golf Course fun as usual my main draw to the island. Joe was responsive to my questions via text or email. Would like to return next year ! "

"We were in town for a volleyball tournament in February. Nice being on the first floor and just one block off the beach. We were not swimming in January, but did walk out to see the ocean. Place was very clean. Washer/dryer in the unit is nice if staying during beach season. We also liked that there were two bathrooms.. Host was very responsive to some questions we had. Highly recommend. Thank you!"

"The property is great for families. Very clean, newer bath towels and bed sheets. Well stocked kitchen for any meal of the day. Backyard is perfect for evening drinks. Everything you need for a beach trip is at your fingertips (beach chairs, boogie boards etc). Sleeps 5+ comfortably. About a 10 min walk to cove beach. Owner was great, communicated before we arrived and throughout trip checking in on us. We will be back!"
