Great stay, extremely happy
I had a great time at our vrbo in Brigantine, the place was immaculately clean, and the evolve group was very accommodating. It was slightly hard to get in contact with the in person property manager, and not the evolve group, which is my only minor feedback (the contact on the Vrbo app/website both put you in contact with evolve).

The house was just right for our week stay. The host was great and answered all questions we had about things to do. Great location, short walk to the beach. Easy to get to. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Would definitely rent again.

Minutes from beach
The location could not have been any better. Minutes from beach and walking distance to cvs and restaurants Incredibly safe, manicured neighborhood. This is a family oriented town. The apartment was a typical beach house. Perfect for what we needed. Beds firm and super comfortable. It was clean. My only complaints are whatever they cleaned with or perhaps the air freshener was too strong for me, the sofa and living room chair have seen its day and could probably use an upgrade. Furthermore, I like to have a W/D at the beach but please note this information was disclosed in the property listing. I would absolutely stay here again!!!! I recommend this rental
