"Friendly staff and overall a nice hotel. When we first checked in, we were assigned a room that had a bad odour and was very cold as the window was wide open as it appeared the housekeeping staff was trying to air it out. The room also had tear in the carpet that the front desk staff didn’t seem to know about but thankfully they moved us to a much better room. Breakfast was good but staff member had the habit of closing things down before closing time, and one morning she was inconveniently...

"The hotel desperately needs up keeping, maintenance, and good cleaning. Front desk struggled to check in customers into empty rooms, they were unsure which were available or if anything was still available. Breakfast area was un-used. Food was not an option! A/C didn't work in it. Pool was empty & filthy. Are door to are room looked like it was previously broken into with a crow-bar. We were unsure of it would stay locked but hotel was double booked and there wasn't any other hotels available...
