"Our family of four loved staying here. The staff were lovely and the pool facilities were great. Always fresh towels and loungers available. We made use of the restaurants too which was fabulous for the kids when they were tired. The buffet breakfast is amazing! Nice and close to the beach too. We paid to use their carpark too which I recommend as it is less hassle. The room was spacious and comfortable beds. "

"The hotel staff check in was very friendly. He gave us a free upgrade. He explained all the house rules and gave us directions for the nearest supermarket. The room we got had a great view which we enjoyed. The main bedroom was facing the main road which i found to be noisy at night as i can hear people and cars throughout the night. I don't know if the floor was vacuummed as my feet got very dirty after walking on bare feet in the apartment and there was no vacuum cleaners for me to do any floor cleaning myself. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay and the location was great."

"Staff were amazing, going the extra mile for my birthday. View of the ocean on the 10 floor….just beautiful Only issue was single beds joined and big ridge in the middle and no blackout curtains. "

"I was so happy with my room with the ocean and city view.. loved it! The only downside was the squeaky bed otherwise the housekeeping staff made up for it.. my room didn't need daily cleaning but they were very happy and obliging when i asked for extra amenities. All stores were of walking distance so it was handy to leave our car parked up for our whole stay. Am definitely staying again! 👌"
