"Well, Days Inn, I booked you online and it turns out you weren't even open. It was my sister's wedding weekend and we booked for my family far in advance. When we arrived to check in, you were closed!!!! Might have been nice to know in advance, yes? Anyways since we had no hotel room, we all slept on the quad at BGSU, hence the low scores on comfort, service, etc. Maybe next time don't allow rooms to be booked online if you are closed???"

The home was lovely and very well kept. We especially appreciated that it had been decorated for the holidays, making our stay feel more like home. The owner is very responsive!
