"Well, Days Inn, I booked you online and it turns out you weren't even open. It was my sister's wedding weekend and we booked for my family far in advance. When we arrived to check in, you were closed!!!! Might have been nice to know in advance, yes? Anyways since we had no hotel room, we all slept on the quad at BGSU, hence the low scores on comfort, service, etc. Maybe next time don't allow rooms to be booked online if you are closed???"

"We had some difficulty checking in. The attendant did not recognize the Hotels.com reservation number. We asked for daily room service. I noted that they did not mop the bathroom floors which had muddy footprints on it. The bathroom ceiling vents were covered with dirt and debris. Concerned me (legionnaire's disease)? Seems to me that an swipe with a cleaning brush would clean the vent. Lastly, one room did not have hot water on day 2. Second room did not have TV most of the time."
