"Forced to provide ID for all my guests. This is not necessary and very unsafe to have to send in various ID via email. Property was aware that we were arriving late however did not make us aware that we would not be able to access lobby. Therefore locked out at 1130 pm upon arrival. Apartment has stained carpet, broken kitchen faucet, no box spring (mattress basically on floor), broken ice dispenser, dirty drawers, dirty shower, broken deadlock. Bedroom extremely hot. "From the time we booked to the time we left, Paul was helpful. Easy check in and check out. Place was clean and everything we expected. Hot water readily available, great water pressure in the shower, towels laid out upon arrival. VERY enjoyable stay, I highly recommend "

"Lack of necessities at times (paper towels, soap, etc.), and the bed had hair from the previous tenant. All TV channels require log-ins, which a foreign traveler may not have access to."

"Located close to transit and in an area of pubs, dinning and grocery shopping. Small apartment. Apartment works well for one person. Bedroom is sadly too small-bed location denies closet access and abuts walls on three sides."

"The property and location were perfect for our stay in Calgary. The check-in and check-out process was not as accurate as described. Business may need to update their instructions. Picked up keys at convenience store, check out you had to get out of the parkade first and then go back up and leave keys.
