"The staff is excellent at the reception desk, especially Paul. They address your needs as best as they could. Checking in and checking out was a pleasure. Breakfast was great. Overall, all good, but it seems there was no maintenance person to address any room needs. For example, our room was too hot, so we needed the heat turned down which was beyond our control. As a result, it was like a motel inside a hotel. "

"I loved how friendly and helpful the staff was and also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. It is a short 5-10 minutes walk to the metro and only a few metro stops to major attractions like the Duomo, Theater Alla Scala and the galleria. Also it’s a short 5 minutes taxi ride to Milano Centrale railway station what made easy for me to take a train to Florence. I really enjoyed my stay and definitely will try to do it again in future trips to Milan."
